- Express £4.99: Arrives 1-3 working days after dispatch.
- Next Day £12.99: Guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm (orders placed before 11am, Monday to Thursday).
For remote locations (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey), please add one extra working day to the scheduled delivery times listed above.

Delivery Delays or Lost Parcels

While Royal Mail usually provides proof of delivery with a signature, photo or tracking number, in rare cases, parcels can still go missing. If this happens to your order, please contact us immediately and we'll do everything we can to help you locate it.
Faulty Items
While we take pride in careful packaging, unforeseen circumstances can happen. If your parcel arrives damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us for assistance. We'll require photographic evidence to facilitate a swift resolution.
You will be required to pay return postage for an item unless it arrives damaged or faulty, as mentioned above.
