Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
We try our best to fulfil orders quickly, so changes after an order has been placed is not possible.

- UK delivery options include Standard (2-4 days, free over £30), Express (1-3 days) and Next Day (guaranteed by 1pm next day).

Returns
What is your return policy?

What condition does the returned item need to be in?
The item should be unused, with tags attached, and ideally in the original packaging.
If you try on the item for fit, do so indoors in a clean and fur-free environment.
Do you offer exchanges?
While we don't offer exchanges at this time, you can return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you need.
How long will it take to process my return?
We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receiving them. You'll receive a refund (minus original shipping costs) within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Who pays for return postage?
You'll cover return postage unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. For international returns, you'll need to cover all return shipping costs.
